GameGuard Outdoors
Nearly two decades ago, GameGuard Outdoors broke into the competitive industry of camouflage and outdoor apparel with their unique pattern that reflects the colors of the Southwest. They recently expanded their corporate operations into a build-to-suite located in Argyle, TX. Our team negotiated a sale leaseback with GameGuard to purchase their headquarters and the surrounding excess land to allow for future expansion and development. www.gameguard.net
The Learning Experience
The Learning Experience is a national Academy of Early Education for children with more than 250 locations throughout the US. We purchased land strategically located adjacent to an elementary school and major retail corridor. Our team negotiated a long-term lease with TLE and entered into a build-to-suit agreement to develop the building, which we intend to own on a long-term basis. www.thelearningexperience.com
TTN Fleet Solutions, Inc.
TTN Fleet Solutions, Inc. is one of the fastest growing and largest providers of fleet maintenance solutions. The management team approached Colo Development Partners to build their corporate campus. We rezoned, rehabilitated and changed the use of an existing building to meet their needs and have additional developable land to expand their facilities. www.ttnfleetsolutions.com
